The FatOnCampus Featurette

 The Fat on Campus team has been working together on this project for five years. While it would be difficult to document every step of the journey, we are excited to share we are working on a short featurette so that we can give you a small glimpse into the Fat On Campus adventure (thus far). Stay tuned! 
 

The FatOnCampus Syllabus

 The Fat on Campus team wanted to create a resource that can assist anyone wanting to learn more or be pointed in the right direction to engage in work that can help move and transform us in meaningful ways toward fat justice and fat liberation.

 

Too Fat to Learn?: Sizeism as a Barrier to College Student Learning

The #FatOnCampus team is in the process of moving its first publications forward. We presented two papers at the Annual Meeting of the Association for the Study of Higher Education. This paper extends the first and focuses on how fat student learning is negatively impacted by the terrorism they experience in inherently fatphobic environments. 

A Chair is Still a Chair: Fat Students, Campus Environments, and Body Terrorism

The #FatOnCampus team is in the process of moving its first publications forward. We presented two papers at the Annual Meeting of the Association for the Study of Higher Education. This paper focused on how fat students experience a form of body terror in higher education environments.
